大阪南堀江のオフィス設計デザイン事務所 プロセスファイブデザインのRassureオフィス 大阪府

不動産事業を営まれている株式会社ラシュール様のエントランスと会議室の計画である。
社名であるRassure(ラシュール）はフランス語で「安心させる」を意味し、額の大きな不動産取引において安心をクライアントに提供し、
互いに深い信頼関係を築くことのできる背景が私たちに求められた。

私たちはこのオファーを空間で実現するにあたり、「積む」「重なり」をキーワードとした。
「積む」は実績・経験を意味し、会社としての信頼を表現。
「重なり」は人間同士の密な関係の重なり合いを意味し、コミュニケーションを大切にし人としての信頼を表現。
この二つをレンガ積みと重なり合う壁をもって建築で表現した。
それぞれは暖かな色合いとテクスチュア・光によって表現されている。

様々な働き方やオフィスのあり方が模索される昨今の中、
今回は会社のCIを表現する目的での場所のあり方を模索するプロジェクトであると位置づけしている。
この場所がクライアント企業にとって企業そのものを示すものであり、
訪れるお客様にも企業のスタンスを体感できる場となったのではないかと考える。

“A corporate identity that represents building up and overlapping”

This is a project for the entrance area and a meeting room of the offices of Rassure Co., Ltd., a company in the real estate business.
The company’s name “Rassure” is French for “reassure”, and we were called on to create a setting where they could give reassurance to their clients during high-cost property transactions and mutually build close and trusting relations.

In realizing their requirements in this space, our keywords were “building up” and “overlapping”.
“Building up” signifies achievements and experience, and represents Rassure’s trustworthiness as a company.
“Overlapping” signifies how close relationships between people overlap, and represents the company’s respect of communication and trustworthiness as people.
We expressed these two elements through architecture by making use of bricks and overlapping walls.
Each are represented respectively through warm color shades and texture and light.

These days, society is looking for more diverse ways of working and is thinking about how an office should be. We’ve designated this project as one that thinks about how a space should aim to express the corporate identity of a company.
To client firms, this space represents the company itself, and we believe it allows even visiting customers to physically experience the dynamism of the company.
