シーサイドスタイルのあるマンションリノベーション

東京都内の築浅マンションのリノベーション計画である。
昨今、新築・築浅のマンションを購入しすぐにリノベーションされる方の需要が増えてきているように感じる。
利便性の良い場所にある物件やタワーマンションに代表されるハイスペックマンションにおいてである。
これには開発側と購入される住まい手の価値観のズレがあり、これを埋める手だてがリノベーションであることが考えられる。

今回の住まい手は旅を好み、特に南国を好んで旅される女性である。
私たちは住まい手と一緒に明るく太陽の光が降り注ぐ住まいを作ることを試みた。
まず、平面計画が今回の住まい手にとって使いづらいものだったので整理し使い勝手のよいものとした。
その上でホワイトをベースに、ラフな木材や美しい石材などをバランス良く配置し、
どこにいても太陽の温かみ、シーサイドのイメージを感じることができるデザインとした。

東京にいることを忘れてしまうような気持ちの良い住まいになったのではないかと思う。

A seaside-style apartment building renovation

This is a renovation plan for a relatively new apartment building in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
We feel that there is growing demand of people requesting renovations immediately after purchasing a new or relatively new apartment building.
This project is for a high-spec apartment building represented by properties and high-rise condominiums located in convenient areas.
These renovations are believed to be solutions for the difference in the sense of value between the developers and the purchasing tenants.

The tenant that requested our help is a female who enjoys traveling, especially to tropical regions.
We attempted to work together with her to create a living space that is illuminated by natural sunlight. First, we organized the floor plans that were considered difficult to utilize by the tenant to make them easier to use.
We decided on a white base and arranged rough wooden materials and beautiful stones in a well-balanced manner to develop a design that felt like a seaside atmosphere and enabled the tenant to feel the natural warmth of sunlight wherever she went.

We believe that we were successfully able to create a comfortable space that would make you forget that you’re in Tokyo.
