Concept

Element of Nature & Chic Oasis

日本の主要都市である大阪の中心部に計画したホテルである。

様々な物販店や飲食店が店を連ねる非常に活気があり、24時間アクティブに人とモノが行き来する中で、このプロジェクトではアクティブとは相反するゆっくりとした上品でエレガントな時間が流れる空間とすることを目標にした。

私たちはElement of Nature & Chic Oasis というコンセプトワードを立案し、
都市の中心部に自然の要素をコンセプトとする空間を作ることで、宿泊客の皆さまに上質で洗練された時間を過ごしていただき、
慌ただしい日常の疲れを癒していただくことができると考えた。
火・水・土・光・空・月・太陽・・・・
共用部・客室すべてに自然に関係するワードを与えることで、各々特徴的なデザインが自然に導き出されている。

凄まじいスピードで入り混じり行き来する人・時間・モノ。
その中心にありながらもこの場所だけ異なる時間が流れているかのような特別な時間を過ごしていただけたらと思う。

This is a hotel planned to be located in the center of Osaka, a major city in Japan.

There are various shops and restaurants in this area creating a very lively atmosphere, and people and objects actively come and go 24 hours a day. Contrary to this active atmosphere, this project aimed to create a space where time passes by slowly in a graceful and elegant manner.

We have drafted the concept words “Element of Nature & Chic Oasis” and by creating a space with the concept of the element of nature in the center part of a city we hoped to have the guests spend high-quality and sophisticated time to refresh themselves from the busy daily activities.

Fire, water, earth, light, sky, moon, sun ・・・・

Words related to Nature are assigned to the common-use spaces and guest rooms so that the respective characteristic designs are elucidated naturally.

People, time and objects come and go and mix together at an incredible speed.

We hope that people can spend a special time in this place despite being located in the center of such environment and where time seems to flow differently especially here.
